The D:

The Application Checklist is designed to help you track the various parts of your application to Duke. We've listed the forms and the dates they're due below. If you'd like to see which parts of your application our office has received, you must log in each time you use the checklist; that is the only way we can provide current information about your application. If you don't log in, you won't be able to verify that we have received your application. Also, you must be a first-year applicant to use the checklist.

To view your personal checklist, please log in.

It's May 9th. If you are applying for Regular Decision, the first part of your application (your personal information) is past due (by December 10) to qualify for an alumni interview, and the rest of your application is past due (by January 2).

Regular Decision (and Early Decision applicants whose admissions decision was deferred to Regular Decision) applicants: you will be able to view your admissions decision on-line beginning on Tuesday evening, March 25.

You will receive an e-mail from our office with complete instructions for viewing your admissions decision the week of March 17. If you haven't already registered on our Web site, please be sure to do so.

To register, click on "Log In" located in the footer, then click on "Register Now" under New Users. We realize that by registering on our site you are providing information we already have; however, this step is a necessary part of the on-line registration process. You might be prompted to enter your access code, which is a seven-digit number included in the data verification notification you received from us after you began your application. Once you've registered, you will be able to view your admissions decision on March 25 by logging in as a returning user and entering your e-mail address and password. Then, you'll click on Application Checklist and the Decision Letter tab to view your admissions decision.

We believe your decision is a private matter, so if you decide to check your decision on-line, we strongly encourage you to do so in the privacy of your own home, not at school.
